Submitting Artwork to Achieve Equine LLC

You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and according to your instructions.

By submitting the artwork to Achieve Equine LLC, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. If you do not own the copyright on the art you submit, you certify that you have received permission to use the art from the owner or copyright holder. You certify that submitted artwork does not violate any intellectual property rights held by another individual or corporation. If you submit artwork owned by someone else to Achieve Equine LLC, you agree to indemnify and hold Achieve Equine LLC harmless from any and all damages and claims resulting from your order.

You agree that you will not upload any artwork files depicting offensive, indecent or improper subject matter, or material that could cause any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. You further agree that your artwork does not infringe upon the privacy rights of any persons depicted in the art. Achieve Equine LLC has the right to refuse any order that in our opinion may be illegal or an infringement of the rights of any third party. We further reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.

Artwork Requirements

We require camera-ready digital artwork that meets the following file specifications:

               - Resolution is 300dpi minimum.

               - Optimum size 750 x 900 pixels or more.

               - Acceptable file formats are JPG, TIF, PDF, PSD, EPS and PNG. You may attach your artwork and include special instructions in your reply to this email.

Submitting a photograph or embroidery file is not considered camera-ready artwork. 

For an exact color match to your logo you may provide Pantone, RGB, Hex or CMYK color numbers. To find a custom Pantone color go to this link http://www.cal-print.com/InkColorChart.htm. Include the Pantone Color Number(s) of your choice in order comment field. Include a brief description of where to use the color(s).

Paying for Your Order:

Payment is required to initiate your Custom Strips order. Upon receipt of your order, we will email a digital artwork proof for your approval. After final approval of artwork, please allow at least 3 weeks for production and delivery. 

Achieve Equine LLC Creative Services:

If you desire creative design service, we can help you design your Customized Strip. Simply describe your idea, provide a rough sketch, or send us a design that is like what you want. Most designs can be created in about 1 hour. The minimum fee for creative services is $65.00 per hour. Contact us directly if interested.
