We work hard to provide quality, high-performing products. So, if you change your mind or your order isn't quite right for some reason, let us know - we're here to help. 

We will gladly refund or exchange any unopened FLAIR® Strips with its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. If you would like to schedule a return, please login to your account to begin the process or contact us. Once we receive the original item(s), we will issue either a store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied by Achieve Equine, LLC for it to appear on your credit card statement. Store credit may be used for future purchases through flairstrips.com. 

We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through www.flairstrips.com. If you purchased Strips from a retailer, please contact them directly.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you've received a damaged or defective product, we want to hear about it! Please contact us immediately if something is damaged. If a FLAIR Strip that you receive is defective, please contact us and we'll work with you to issue a product replacement.  

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for ensuring that we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please make sure your color selection, quantity and address are correct before purchase. We do our best to process and ship orders same business day (Monday through Friday) if placed by 3 p.m. CST. 

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary shipping provider. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-5 business days to arrive. 

Please note: Although we usually ship orders same business day, recent shipment transit times are taking longer than expected.

ORDER STATUS

You can easily check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on Order Status. You will also receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number, once your order has shipped. We ship all orders from Minnesota, and depending on your location, your order is estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days. Please call us at 763-972-9056 if you have any questions. 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

We get disappointed when items are out of stock, too! Please contact us if you'd like us to send you an e-mail when the item comes back in stock. We will only e-mail you once and we can't reserve items. So, if you receive an e-mail notification that something is back, you'll need to act quick if you want to purchase before it sells out again.

To help ensure that your information is kept safe and secure, the details of your purchase are passed through a secure server that uses a strong level of encryption. Our SSL certificate is issued by a third-party and verifies that a secure web page is properly encrypted, keeping all information private. 

We don't store your credit card information or bank details, so you'll need to enter that information every time you place an order with us.
