We will gladly refund or exchange any unopened FLAIR® Strips with its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive the original item(s), we will issue either a store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied by Achieve Equine, LLC for it to appear on your credit card statement. Store credit may be used for future purchases through flairstrips.com. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through www.flairstrips.com. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package if something is damaged. If a FLAIR Strip that you receive is defective, please contact us and we'll work with you to issue a product replacement. SHIPPING Customers are responsible for ensuring that we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please make sure your color selection, quantity and address are correct before purchase. We do our best to process and ship orders same business day (Monday through Friday) if placed by 3 p.m. CST. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary shipping provider. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-5 business days to arrive.
