E-mail a Sales Tax Certificate or Retail License to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will review the Application after all materials are received. ORDER MINIMUMS Order minimums are 50 Single Packs or 16 Six Packs per order of FLAIR Strips. Payment terms are prepaid by credit card or check in advance of shipping. If you prefer to purchase FLAIR Strips in quantities less than the minimums, please contact us for a list of Flair approved US Distributors. All retailers must adhere to Flair’s policies, procedures, and represent FLAIR Strips in an ethical and professional manner.
