Recent Accomplishments: During 2022, qualified for the 2022 World Equestrian Games; placed 1st at the Three Lakes Preliminar; placed 3rd at Chatahooche Hills Intermedia; placed 4th at Rocking Horse Intermediate; placed 5th at RiverGlen CCI3*; and placed 15th at Land Rover Kentucky CCI4*.
Goals for 2023: Have another great season with Cecelia competing at the Land Rover Kentucky CCI4* and the Pan Am Games.
Fun Facts: Daniela started her riding career in show jumping in Mexico City when she was 10 years old. She has worked and studied under several respected riders and trainers, including Joy Horn Pharr at Charlie Horse Farm in Shelby, North Carolina; Aurelio and Maribel Quinzaños; Brian Sabo, Pan American silver medalist show jumper Luis Ximenes Fyve, and Karen and David O'Connor.
During the past six years, Karen prepared Daniela for the Pan American games, Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, and the World Equestrian Games with very successful results to achieve a number of firsts - not only for herself, but for her country - she was the first ever rider to represent Mexico at the CCIL5* level.
Danny is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with her students to inspire the next generation of equestrians to keep chasing their dreams.
